This archive focuses on one part of construction paperwork: the back-and-forth over RFIs and submittals. It covers about 120 commercial projects run by Atlas teams across the US, with documents exported from project management tools and shared drives. An RFI record contains the question, referenced drawing sheet, responsible party, due date and the answer. Submittals include the product data or shop drawing, plus every review cycle and its stamp, such as approved, approved as noted, or revise and resubmit. Stamps give you natural labels, and marked-up PDFs show exactly what reviewers objected to. Turnaround times are reliable from 2021 onward, while earlier dates were sometimes entered after the fact. Manufacturer data sheets are included but can be repetitive across projects. Architect and subcontractor names are masked. Drawing sheets are only supplied where an RFI directly references them.
