Acceptable Use Policy

You may only list data you own or have the right to license. Before listing, you must make sure that:

• Your customer, employee, vendor, and partner contracts allow the license you are offering.
• Personal information has been removed or de-identified, or you have another lawful basis for sharing it.
• Your listing describes the data honestly, including its source, coverage, limits, and known gaps.

• Data obtained through a breach, unauthorized access, or deception.
• Data scraped from a service whose terms prohibit it, or that you otherwise have no right to redistribute.
• Security credentials, payment card numbers, or financial account numbers.
• Health, biometric, or children's data, or other special categories, unless you can show that the safeguards required by law are in place.
• Data that sexualizes minors, or that is otherwise illegal to possess or distribute.
• Data subject to sanctions or export restrictions that apply to you or your buyer.

• Use data only within the license you accepted, and keep delivery links and credentials confidential.
• Do not try to re-identify individuals in de-identified data.
• Do not use data to discriminate unlawfully, harass, surveil, or harm people.
• Do not resell or share data unless the license allows it.

• Do not send spam, phishing, or malware through the platform.
• Do not scrape listings, create accounts automatically, or interfere with the service.
• Do not test for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Do not move a deal off the platform to avoid fees, or misrepresent who you are or who you represent.

We may remove content, cancel listings, hold funds while we investigate, suspend or close accounts, and report conduct to the authorities when appropriate.
