A year of container drayage bookings, dispatcher notes, terminal timing and exceptions from haulage work around major UK container ports.
Harbourline's drayage desk moves containers between UK ports, rail terminals and inland warehouses. This set holds one year of those moves: booking details, container type, assigned haulier, terminal slot, gate times, delivery window and any extra charges. Dispatcher notes and haulier WhatsApp messages add the context behind late arrivals, such as missed slots, customs holds or vessel delays. Waiting time at terminals can be calculated for most moves using gate-in and gate-out times, and storage or demurrage charges appear wherever a container overstayed. Gate timestamps are absent for about 14 percent of moves, particularly at smaller terminals. Container numbers are tokenized, so you can't look up a vessel or carrier yourself. Vessel arrival times come from our own booking records and may differ from official schedules. Chat is limited to dispatch-related groups.
