Seven years of brand identity projects with design files, written rationale, client review rounds and final delivery packages from a Dutch studio.
Lumen's brand identity work for mid-sized organizations in the Netherlands and Belgium is collected here, project by project. Each project folder moves from brief through moodboards, concept rounds and refinement to the final guidelines. Figma files appear from 2020, with Illustrator exports before that, and every project has its own version trail. What sets the archive apart is the written reasoning. Presentation notes explain why a direction was proposed, and client emails show what was accepted, pushed back on or quietly dropped. That pairing makes it useful for studying how design decisions get made. Client names and logos have been masked, which means final identity artwork is often partly obscured and some brand marks are unavailable entirely. Older projects have thinner written records. Roughly a third of feedback happened in meetings and survives only as a designer's summary.
