Supplier qualification archive (Nordics)

Eight years of supplier questionnaires, site visit reports, qualification decisions and purchasing correspondence from a Norwegian manufacturer.

Before Nordlys buys critical materials or outsourced processes from a new supplier, the supplier must go through qualification. This archive holds eight years of those files, covering roughly 640 suppliers, largely in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. It contains questionnaires, material test reports, site visit notes, purchasing emails and the final decision. Decisions are recorded as approved, approved with conditions or rejected, and conditions are written out in full. Periodic requalification files mean many suppliers appear more than once, so you can see how a relationship developed. A supplier scorecard from 2020 onward tracks delivery and quality performance. Supplier names and prices are masked. Files before 2020 are mainly scanned, and some are incomplete since older paperwork was only partly digitized. Most text is Norwegian or English, with some Swedish that we haven't separated out. Rejected suppliers have thinner files than approved ones.
