Saffron Table began running delivery-only kitchens in 2021, and this set follows them through to 2025. Over eight million orders are recorded with brand, items, kitchen, order channel and the sequence of timestamps from acceptance through prep, packing and rider handoff. Daily prep logs show what each kitchen batched in advance, which can be compared with what actually sold. This makes the data useful for demand forecasting and waste analysis at the item level. Weather and major event days are not included, though you could join them by city and date. Kitchen counts grew from 4 to 31, so older periods are much thinner. Handoff times depend on staff tapping a button, and some kitchens did so late. Customer details were never part of the export, and aggregator data is limited to what those platforms share with kitchens. Prep logs before 2022 are spotty.
