Three years of purchase orders, demand forecasts, supplier lead times and planner discussions from a direct-to-consumer retailer in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Tide & Table's planners reorder stock weekly, and these files show how they did so for three years. There are just over 53,000 purchase orders, plus the weekly forecast workbook behind them, supplier confirmations, actual receipts and planners' email and Slack discussion. Because forecasts were saved weekly, you can compare what the planner believed at the time with what eventually sold. Promised and actual delivery dates give you supplier lead-time performance, and SKU-level stock positions show when a stockout occurred and how long it lasted. Workbooks changed format twice, so the parsing script we include handles three layouts and flags the rows it couldn't interpret, about 4 percent. Supplier names and unit costs are masked, though cost ratios are retained. Planner overrides aren't always explained; many were simply typed over the forecast.
